Leading Regenerative Tourism
1500-16:30 London / Wednesday, 30 September / Online / $97 / Register
This workshop is for tourism operators who know that tourism causes harm, even if they can't always name it. This is not about blame — it's an honest look at why even well-meaning sustainable tourism initiatives fall short, and how to lead your business from "do less harm" into something regenerative, both ecologically and socially. You’ll leave with both tools, including The Place Audit (available separately for $24) and a deeper understanding of how to lead regenerative tourism.
Restorative Ocean Communities: Programme Development for Nonprofit Leaders
15-16:30 London / Wednesday 7 October / Online / Flexible Pricing / Register
This workshop was inspired by the huge interest in my LCAW presentation, “What Does the Ocean Want Us to Grow?” and invites nonprofit leadership to build the capacity to answer this question in the context of the community they serve and the ecosystem in which they operate. Flexible pricing because access matters; all registration includes the Restorative Ocean Community Template for nonprofit programming. This is not a one-size-fits-all, rather a walk-through of a mindset shift and overarching concept that organisations can tailor to their mission.
Leadership for the Ecological Era
15-16:30 London / Wednesday, 21 October / Online / $97 / Register
The workshop is for women ready to lead sustainability beyond compliance, building something beautiful with tangible results. We work through various tools, including assumptions mapping, mindset expansion, and the Questions of Care Methodology guide (available separately for $24) which you can take back to your team for immediate implementation. You’ll leave with new tools, new ideas, and a strategy based on your values, vision, and tailored to your work.
